We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to take charge of building, executing, and refining brand strategies for a leading name in British hospitality with over 200 years of history. The role will focus on shaping the brand’s future, improving customer experiences, and achieving key performance goals. As Brand Manager, you will work closely with various teams, including marketing, digital, PR, and more, to ensure the brand maintains its competitive edge and stays aligned with big-picture objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shaping Brand Strategy: Develop and refine brand strategies to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
- Long-term Planning: Maintain long-term brand plans, utilizing data and insights to drive decisions.
- Performance Review: Assess brand performance and share findings with key teams to guide future plans.
- Roadmap Development: Create an 18-month roadmap to drive growth and customer engagement.
- Campaign Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns that build brand loyalty.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand standards are upheld across all aspects, from service to communications.
- Customer Experience: Enhance customer journeys and improve touchpoints for a seamless experience.
- Partnership Management: Manage brand partnerships to grow the brand and enhance its reputation.
- Operational Alignment: Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the business reflects the brand’s purpose.
