Description:
One of the world’s biggest confectionery brands is looking for a talented Brand Manager to play a pivotal role in its Marketing team.
It’ll be up to you to coordinate and execute strategic plans to keep this much-loved brand aligned across channels and as competitive as possible. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, you will craft and execute plans that foster brand growth and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of key accounts, conducting regular client meetings to drive category growth and strengthen partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail contacts to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with brand strategies.
- Utilise market insights and data analysis to influence range and merchandising plans during category reviews, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide analytical support in the development of category plans, leveraging data to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to provide regular insights and support the implementation of cohesive strategies.
- Act as a champion for the client's category and shopper vision, both externally with retailers and internally within the company, advocating for innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement.
About You:
