The Head Teacher is keen to find the best Biology Teachers for this post who can support pupils whilst providing excellent education. There's also scope for the successful Biology Teacher to take on a TLR such as a pastoral or academic focus.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
 

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
• Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
• Strong Biology Teacher with ability to lead from the front with best practice
• Must be willing to listen to feedback
