Our Bid Managers are a valuable part of our business, driving quality outcomes, enhancing buildability, and fostering innovation. The Bid Managers work collaboratively with our customers and industry specialists to ensure that the design develops in accordance with the brief with a firm focus on added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practice.
As our Bid Manager, you will:
Lead in new bids from concept through to fruition ensuring our offers are clearly articulated, cost estimate is adjudicated and signed off and final submissions are reviewed
Produce a bid strategy and brief tender team
Ensure correct selection of subcontractors and suppliers for key packages and organise distribution of tender documents/amendments for appropriate parties
Develop presentations to potential clients using graphic design skills and utilise external graphic designers and printers
Responsibility for the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentations, ensuring that written work is clear, concise and compelling
Attend hand-over meeting briefing the team on tender bids.
