Key Responsibilities


Skills & Experience

  • Reconcile benefits to employee data
  • Review and amend benefits and pension data where required
  • Monthly payroll processing and benefits uploads to third party vendors
  • Prepare reconciliations of benefits provisions and ensure deductions are made on time
  • Proactively manage and facilitate employee benefit requests and associated processes
  • Liaise with Talent Acquisition team and HR Shared Service function to ensure timely query resolution and support
  • Work with HR Shared Service and outsourced payroll provider to ensure best practice in all activity
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by undertaking regular validation of data processed by HR Shared Services and Payroll
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in HR and Payroll and third party vendors
  • Assist the Benefits Advisor and Benefits Manager with any additional tasks as required
  • Support with Job Evaluation requests, conducting reviews on junior roles and consolidating requests to ensure appropriate documentation
  • Compensation proposals – supporting reviews of junior roles in conjunction with TA
  • Salary survey coordination for the UK – preparing the UK compensation data
    • Data and administrative support, to include:
      • Workday data audits,
      • Minimum wage UK checks
      • Year-end planning/preparations – data clean-up, audits
      • Risk assessment payment collation
         
    • Experience working within Benefits and Compensation
    • Ability to effectively manage personal workload, including understanding priorities and delivering to deadlines
    • Understanding of benefits cycle and the associated timeframes
    • High degree of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to work in fast paced environments with a degree of ambiguity
    • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
    • Microsoft Office (intermediate)
    • Workday experience desirable
