Bathroom Surveyor

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Sales Designer with a strong background in the bathroom industry, specifically focusing on cladding/PVC bathroom projects. This role requires conducting home visits to pre-booked customers who have already expressed interest, taking precise measurements, and representing our company professionally.

Experience in the bathroom industry is essential, and familiarity with design software to create 3D designs is beneficial, though not mandatory. This is a highly flexible, full-time position with hours and pay that can be tailored to suit the right candidate. A driving license and personal vehicle are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to consult with customers, take accurate measurements, and understand their design preferences and requirements.
• Provide a comprehensive end-to-end service for bathroom projects, from initial consultation to after-sales support.
• Create and present customized bathroom designs using 3D design software (experience with software like Virtual Worlds or similar is a plus).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing orders, and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained.
• Collaborate closely with the team to achieve targets and improve service.
