An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced baker to join our team.

Working alongside a Bakery Assistant, you will be responsible for the nightly production of hand rolled bagels for sale in our own three bagel stores and to our wholesale and catering customers.

Your primary tasks will be to mix dough, roll, proof and bake bagels in accordance with our recipe, food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). You will also be required to clean work areas, cool and bag bagels ready for delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a years’ baking experience, be able to manage their own workload and have plenty of stamina.
