An exciting part-time opportunity is available for an experienced sales professional to join a UK-based B2B business development agency. We work with global clients, supporting their US-based sales and marketing teams by improving lead quality, qualifying existing leads, and conducting prospecting and cold outreach.

This role is ideal for professionals seeking flexibility, with 15-20 hours per week over Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, aligning with US business hours (East to West Coast). We work remotely, offering a better work-life balance while maintaining high-performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls using VoIP software and send email introductions to prospects.

  • Secure high-quality sales opportunities on behalf of our clients.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.

  • Provide feedback on prospecting processes to improve outreach strategies.

  • Report on activity and results to internal teams.

  • Attend virtual client meetings via Teams as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

  • Proficiency in cold calling with a confident and professional approach.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and ability to engage prospects effectively.

  • Highly organized with strong administrative skills.

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
