Azure Devops Engineer

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Azure DevOps Engineer to join a device and data security company, to support automation and deployment needs across a range of projects. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Agile development team to implement solutions in Azure infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Configure and maintain Azure resources.
• Maintain Docker files and Kubernetes Manifests.
• Deploy services to Azure Container Instances or Kubernetes.
• Lead production deployments.
• Manage security groups and access controls.
• Securely store sensitive information.
• Collaborate with developers to debug web app issues.
• Apply networking knowledge to debug issues.
• Communicate technical ideas effectively.
• Innovate solutions for highly regulated environments.
   

Required Skills
 

• 5 years of experience as DevOps Engineer working with Azure.
• Virtualisation and test automation experience.
• Strong understanding of Networking principles.
• Linux scripting and Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with secret management and good security practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster deployment management.
• Platform testing, monitoring, and reporting experience.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases
