Azure Devops Engineer

Description:

• Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to define cloud architecture best practices and provide guidance on cloud-related issues.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and management tasks using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, PowerShell, or other automation tools.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps practices for cloud-based applications.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and services, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage identity and access management in Azure, including Azure Active Directory and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Implement security policies, firewalls, and network security groups to safeguard cloud resources.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Stay up-to-date with Azure services, features, and best practices, incorporating new technologies into our cloud infrastructure as appropriate.
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and or external partners, assisting them with cloud-related inquiries and challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud solutions in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of Azure services, including but not limited to Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Blob Storage.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or other relevant tools.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, security, and best practices in Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
