Delivery&Investment Hub is an integrated team covering all areas of implementational media planning and buying & activation across non-addressable and addressable platforms. We deliver enhanced audience led media solutions and aim to provide fully automated reporting against brand and performance metrics as standard. We are investing into technology and tools to deliver real time insights across our media activation enabling us to optimise campaign delivery in-flight. Our ambition is to lead the industry in this area challenging the status quo to achieve maximum return on investment for our clients by delivering quantifiable improvements against their business objectives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Direct the AV resource across your client base to ensure planning and buying across the full AV spectrum covering TV, Digital Video, Audio, Cinema and Sponsorship.
- Overall responsibility for managing buying delivery including all relevant client comms; new opportunities, market updates, revised plans and PCA reports.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with media owners ensuring productive buying negotiations.
- Work with Head of AV to ensure investment priorities and channel targets are met.
- Manage the auditor process, ensuring optimising of reporting and delivering all value/ quality commitments for your clients.
- Develop AV strategy and promote close collaboration with Vision & Design Hubs and wider Investment teams ensuring recommendation of best in class media solutions to clients
- Develop productive working relationship with your clients, demonstrating a solid understanding of their business and media requirements
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of the current AV market and have a view on future of the medium and related technologies
- Support new business requirements as required alongside Head of AV
- Motivate your team and encourage collaboration and integration across the agency.
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Experience: Previous media agency buying experience – ideally on large scale clients. Strong experience in delivery of client commitments especially via auditors
- Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams , productive and collaborative working relationships across AV media owners, passion for AV; understand its role within the media mix and the challenges for the industry in this space, ability to talk a client through a media plan with confidence and experience in managing, training and developing a team
- Attitude: Positive, entrepreneurial, self starter, excellent communicator and collaborator. Ambitious and proactive. Restless and resilient. Open to learning.
