They are seeking to build and grow their AV teams, after a fantastic year, even doing well during the pandemic, the agency is on a real growth spurt. Ideally looking to add an account manager and director to the fold. You will have the chance to learn and grow within the agency, all training is provided, bespoke sessions apply to individuals needs. Who we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years hands on AV DRTV Experience - AV TV Media planning and buying
• Candidates need to have managed a team and are comfortable in leading and mentoring juniors
• Someone who is happy to work closely with clients and lead in those processes
