Sharing your medical knowledge and expertise as a Training and Audit Practitioner;

This role joins the Clinical Scrutiny Health Professional team. An established team that completes a paper-based assessment process with prospective British Army candidates. The overall service is designed to assess medical eligibility against recruitment standards set by the Armed Forces Medical Policy. Alongside with Lead Practitioner, you will audit the decisions made by the team.

This role is a hybrid part time working 3 days a week - this can be flexible and can be worked over 5 days or 3 full days.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting and working with the Audit and Training Team
• Utilising feedback to support team development through a coaching approach
• Carrying out Quality Assurance activities for approval, continuing and targeted audits and to constructively feedback the results to the clinicians
• Ensuring the teams' scrutiny quality is in line with the standards expected by Recruiting Group.
• Supporting and facilitating, along with the Lead Practitioner, with all initial training of new members of Scrutiny to reach basic levels of competency in their roles and to deliver subsequent training as required by the business.
• Offering suggestions for improvement

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Healthcare Professionals with experience in post-Registration, such as Nurse, Paramedic or Physiotherapist, and fully-registered without restriction to practice
• Must be IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be registered with the appropriate registering body, with no restrictions
• Any experience within audit or training would be an advantage
• Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
