Audience Insights Specialist

 

Description:

We are seeking an Audience Insights Specialist to provide oversight and management of advanced audience creation and data analysis. This role involves delivering insights on audience behavior, preferences, and program effectiveness while collaborating with teams across various markets. You will be responsible for ensuring the adoption of best practices and new capabilities, maintaining the audience and insight development roadmap, and coaching and mentoring team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate visible leadership by researching and understanding client business issues.
  • Manage global audience creation with local market execution for selection, model creation, and activation.
  • Develop custom audiences and implement audience testing, troubleshooting, and activations.
  • Provide program management and data governance to support audience development.
  • Generate strategic recommendations for program effectiveness and cross-market adoption.
  • Act as a biddable partner for audience creation and optimization.
  • Lead data exploration, test design, and validation for audience insights.
  • Manage project priorities for global audience requests across portfolios.
  • Mentor, develop, and manage the team of audience insights specialists.

Skills and Experience:

  • Marketing and Media Data Expertise: Experience with syndicated research sources (ComScore, TGI, GWI) and advertising technology.
  • Data Analysis and Marketing Strategy: Advanced knowledge in data analysis, marketing campaign strategies, and generating insights.
  • Modelling Techniques: Familiarity with predictive modelling, MMM, Clustering, and Segmentation.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in SQL, Python, R, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
  • Business Translation: Ability to translate complex data analytics into easily understood solutions for marketers.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to inspire and teach technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and experience coordinating large teams.
