Description:
Warwick Law School seeks to appoint either one Assistant Professor or one Associate Professor from 1st September 2025 to join our vibrant and supportive team. Preference will be given to candidates who can contribute to the teaching of Tort Law or Global Health Law. Within this remit however, applications are welcome from candidates with expertise of teaching and research in any area of law that may fit with the Warwick Law School’s curriculum and breadth of activities.
About You
The successful candidates will have the ability to contribute to undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching and research in their own area of law, or related areas.
A successful Assistant Professor candidate will be expected to undertake high-quality research and teaching, and to contribute to the student experience and academic governance of the School. A successful Associate Professor candidate will be expected to play more in-depth roles.
The selection of candidates will be based on candidates’ experience and fit to the criteria detailed in the person specification.
Terms and Conditions of Employment specify that staff must live within a reasonable travelling distance of their place of work in order to fulfil all of the duties of the role.
