Associate Finance Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the Finance team supporting CAVU in revolutionising airport travel and creating value for passengers and the businesses that serve them. Based out of the Manchester office, you’ll support the Head of Finance in the day-to-day financial management, and in supporting the senior stakeholders, in the CAVU Central areas of Tech, Customer and eCommerce to deliver and exceed the business plan targets in a well-controlled and governed manner.

You’ll take ownership of monitoring, reviewing, and reporting central cost performance, liaising with the Finance & Accounting team in Group Finance, as well as CAVU Finance and the Central area leads, and play a key role in the development of the financial requirements for the new reservations platform, supporting automation of processes and ensuring efficiency is maximised. You’ll also support in delivering business planning and quarterly forecasting processes for Central areas, ensuring forecasts are meaningful and emerging risks are identified in good time.

What will make you successful in the role?

You will be newly qualified, or with equivalent finance and accounting experience, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Excel / PowerPoint) and accounting software, preferably SAP and/or Power BI. You’ll be able to prioritise workload and work well under pressure, and your experience of working in a fast paced and changing business environment will ideally come from previous online / digital industry roles.
