Associate Director

Description:

We are recruiting for an Associate Director, Reward & Wellbeing to join the People Leadership team and lead the Reward & Wellbeing Team. There is a busy reward agenda, with delivery of the annual reward calendar for Wellcome and the investment team and a focus on integrating the wellbeing offer to better support colleagues to deliver on Wellcome’s mission.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a track record of transforming and operationalising reward to underpin structural and cultural change. A broad reward skillset, close attention to detail and the ability to provide clear and consistent leadership and direction to each of the functional areas within reward and wellbeing will be key. The ideal candidate will bring diverse sector experience, including exposure to high intellect stakeholders. Experience of financial services would be helpful but is not essential.
