Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership: Lead and manage creative teams on major accounts, ensuring the delivery of top-quality design work. This includes overseeing the design process, allocating resources, critiquing work, and approving final executions.
  • Design Excellence: Drive all phases of creative development from concept to implementation, with a focus on visual and graphic design. Ensure that designs are innovative, visually compelling, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business to anticipate challenges, explore solutions, and recommend the best creative strategies. Facilitate effective communication between the client, account teams, and the creative group.
  • Client Engagement: Present creative strategies and concepts to clients, ensuring their vision is realised through exceptional design work. Serve as a key liaison between the creative team and clients.
  • Digital Understanding: Help our clients maximise the impact of the Radancy Talent Acquisition Platform (our propriety technology) through high impact creative at every candidate touchpoint

  • Inspiration & Development: Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Uphold and reinforce high standards for award-winning design work.
  • Innovation & Technology: Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends and digital technologies. Drive the department's innovation in online, social, and mobile applications.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in leading and managing creative design projects, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to translate abstract concepts into visually compelling designs.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with video editing tools would be advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of web design principles, user experience, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges and delivering solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team-building skills.
  • Previous experience in mentoring and developing creative teams.
