Our business is growing, and we are looking for an experienced home-based Associate Case Manager in the north of England to join our supportive team and expand our activities.

You will have the support of your manager, other associates, and our very efficient and reliable administration service.

This is a remote working role where you’ll enjoy flexible Associate work from your own home with an extremely competitive hourly rate.

We meet regularly, virtually, and sometimes face-to-face, with the aim of prioritising the well-being of both clients and staff without compromise. We are proud of our identity and reputation in the care community as highly skilled, effective, and very much client centred.

 

About you

We are looking for someone who lives in the north of England, who is capable, experienced, flexible, and enthusiastic. And more specifically we are seeking someone with the following skills and abilities.

1. Qualified and experienced case manager with a professional background in social work, or else a rehabilitation professional

  • Have at least four years’ experience as a case manager
  • Have the ability to establish and maintain a positive and supportive working relationship with clients and their families
  • Have the proven ability to manage support packages
  • Be able to co-ordinate multi-disciplinary rehabilitation programmes
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have very good report and assessment writing skills
  • Hold a current enhanced DBS and registered to the update service
  • Have a full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle
  • Be competent using a laptop and in the use of client recording software (training will be provided)
  • To ensure client confidentiality in all matters relating to the client
