Description:
We're looking for a talented Associate Account Manager to help organize and oversee account management, contracts, and invoicing in our UK, Ireland & Nordics Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
To assist in the co-ordination and management of the account management, contracting and invoicing processes and support the JAGGAER UKI & Nordics Sales team:
- Sales database ownership: maintenance and updating of Salesforce.com
- Account information creation, maintenance, cleansing and updating on Salesforce.com
- Support on email communications, quotes and proposals and other sales materials
- Sales process follow up and administration
- Account Management support and general administrative support to the Sales team
- Ownership of account contracts, timely renewals and alerting
- Ownership of account invoicing and aged debtor co-ordination with finance and the commercial team
- Participation in weekly calls and monthly sales meetings
- Activity and process reporting
- Other ad hoc duties when required
Your Profile:
- You have already worked in a Sales environment
- You have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills along with great attention to detail and enthusiasm for engaging with customers
- You are organized, pro-active, with a hands-on and can-do attitude
- Have knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Tools, LinkedIn
- Have excellent English writing and speaking skills
- You have aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands while achieving goals
- You are a fun team player
- You are innovative & technically intuitive
