Mode Search is partnered with a multi-award winning luxury footwear brand in their search for an Assistant Store Manager for one of their prestigious London locations, in Bond Street
Highly respected for the exquisite construction of their time-honored shoes, this brand has expanded internationally and is loved by politicians and celebrities alike.
The successful candidate will report to the Store Manager and oversee the responsibilities of the Store Staff.
The Role
- Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service, and merchandising.
- Drive and maximize sales performances to constantly achieve the overall sales budget and objectives
- Coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on daily operations.
- Drive the store team to exceed their KPIs with clear action plans
- Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews, and enforcing disciplinary actions.
- Be actively involved in the recruitment process mapping the market, identifying the right profiles, and managing the interview process. The ideal Store Manager can attract and recruit the best talents available on the market through networking and scouting
- Recruiting, training, and supervising employees.
- Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.
- Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure display attracts clients and maximizes sales per company guidelines
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing storefront.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail management experience.
- Luxury clienteling experience
- Experience in training and managing a team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
