Description:
At Loughborough University we are committed to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and making the University a place where both students and staff feel valued and are able to realise their full potential. An appreciation of the importance of and a commitment to EDI is therefore essential.
This is a varied role which offers the opportunity to focus on student data through leadership of statutory returns, data quality, and provision and analysis of live data. At the same time, you will develop expertise in other areas, including staff management and broader aspects of student and programme administration through a variety of project activity across the institution.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to further their career in higher education administration leadership and management, process change and business improvement.
The role provides a fantastic opportunity to build on the local success of the first year of Data Futures, including transitioning the institution to in-year returns. Your critical role as a data specialist and change-enabler will have a major positive impact on large numbers of students and staff.
We encourage you to join our collaborative and supportive team environment, where you can develop and contribute to the University’s diverse student activity.
