Role Description

*Measuring and valuing completed works

*Preparing and sending applications to clients

*Monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project

*Notifying clients of any changes and assessing the changes

*Tracking any changes to the design or actual work and adjust forecasts

*Preparation, analysis of cost value reconciliation reports on the profitability of jobs for management reviews

*Liaise between site managers, project managers, site engineers & clients etc

*Review and sign off various plant, material, subcontractor invoices for payment

*Select subcontractors, agreeing scope of works and place subcontract documents

*Dealing with contractual and legal matters

*Agreeing interim and final accounts

*Assisting with pricing tenders

*General ad hoc duties
