Description:
In your new role, you will gain exposure to complex financial modelling and a wide range of project work. You will prepare the US P&L and balance sheet, prepare invoices for the Partners, assist in the production of monthly finance reports, update planning/forecast templates, ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared/reviewed in a timely manner, arrange payments and review accounting process for the US to streamline these appropriately. This is a very commercial role and you will be liaising with a plethora of stakeholders across the business, who are based globally.
Role Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be actively studying towards a further Accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA) and possess at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be a confident and effective communicator, with the ability and maturity to liaise with various stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will have excellent attention to detail and have an inquisitive, proactive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks. You will be a personable and approachable team player, who also has the ability to work independently and autonomously. You will have experience using an Accounting software such as Xero, NetSuite or SAP, and be confident with the use of Excel to an intermediate level (Vlookups, Pivot Tables and SUMIFs). You will be self-motivated, self-disciplined and willing to learn.
