Assistant Company Secretary

 

Description:

Our client is a leading global brokerage company servicing the financial and real estate markets. They are looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to join the business on a 6-month FTC basis.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To convene, attend and take minutes at Executive Committees, recording discussions and decisions, drafting minutes, liaising with meeting Chairperson
  • To manage the timely preparation of board minutes.
  • Assist the Company Secretary with legal and company secretarial matters.
  • To provide company secretarial support for all corporate entities as well as maintaining company records, share and registrar functions and other ad-hoc papers.
  • Filings at Companies House and with overseas bodies.
  • Assist with ad-hoc company secretarial duties as required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Strong background in an Assistant Company Secretarial role.
  • Experience of minuting committee meetings and drafting resolutions is essential.
  • ICSA qualification desirable.
