Asset Data Analyst

Description:

As an Asset Data Analyst, you will ensure that property information is entered correctly into various systems, whilst working to ensure that data quality is maintained.

You will play a key role within Peabody ensuring data is entered in accurately and timely by:

• Ensuring property creations are entered into relevant systems accurately and timely. This includes associated blocks and estates to ensure property hierarchies are correct.
• Working closely with the Data Quality Team to ensure property information on our current housing stock is up to date, accurate and relevant.
• Updating systems with property closures following a disposal or final staircasing on receipt of completion statement.
• Checking reported issues from the data quality issues log and rectify within systems if required.
• Contributing to other team tasks as required such as voids reporting and gathering data for options appraisals.
