Artwork Quality Coordinator

 

Description:

We’re seeking a methodical, driven and detail-focused Artwork Coordinator to support the undertaking of quality checks and root cause analysis of any issues within our packaging artwork, ensuring projects are completed and approved to deadline and compliant with company procedures and industry guidelines. You will be assessing multilingual digital artwork files for a range of products and artwork packaging components, working closely with the in-house Artwork Lifecycle Management and Artwork Design team, local Regulatory teams and Global manufacturing sites to resolve any challenges faced when trying to fit text/design content on to a manufacturer packaging component guideline. Working to strict timelines, tasks will need to be completed methodically and thoroughly, ensuring artwork is created to the highest quality to ensure patient safety. You will also be working with the internal change management system to support artwork version control activities.

 

You’ll support the administration of the artwork quality team group email inbox, dealing with quality related queries and complaints and support deviation investigations, implementing preventative actions where necessary. You will also support the Artwork Quality Manager as required in meetings, inspections and audits. This will also include the creation and maintenance of the Artwork Quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The Person

  • Previous experience in a similar coordination role, in the pharmaceutical industry or community/primary healthcare would be highly advantageous
  • Meticulous eye for detail, even in a fast-paced and changeable work environment.
  • Strong organisation, coordination and time management abilities
  • Experience in the comparison of data and raising reports
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (in both written and spoken English) with the ability to liaise with all levels of authority and navigate cultural differences with ease.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Good Excel skills – able to use formulas and manipulate data and create reports to draw out meaning.
