Area Estates Manager

Description:

We are seeking a reliable, dynamic and responsible person to join the team as Area Estates Manager to support the Head of Estates in the delivery of high quality Facilities Management (FM) services. This will be across their allocated cluster of schools, ensuring that the premises are open every school day and are always safe, secure, compliant, warm and dry.

This ideal candidate will be able to manage the priorities of the role to ensure that the Trust school sites are effectively supported.
