As a distinguished architectural firm with a commitment to innovative design and sustainable practices, we are looking to enrich our team with a talented Part II Architectural Assistant. The studio is located in a Co-working environment, allowing for cross-disciplinary ideas to inform our design work and exposure to a wide variety of personalities. Supported by the head office in Melbourne, the UK team is establishing itself and this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of the studio.

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and creative Part II Architectural Assistant to join our team. This position will involve working on exciting new project opportunities, allowing you to showcase your expertise and grow professionally. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending office collaboration with the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the design and development of architectural projects.
• Create detailed 3D models using Revit and Rhino 3D.
• Perform 2D drafting and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
• Prepare presentation materials and project visuals using the Adobe Suite.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure design specifications are met.
• Manage portions of projects autonomously, ensuring deadlines and standards are adhered to.

Qualifications:

• Accredited Degree in Architecture (Part II preferred though Part I can also be considered).
• Proficiency in technical drawing, architecture, and architectural design
• Strong skills in Revit, Rhino 3D, and AutoCAD as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about design and architecture, with a creative mindset.
