Architect/design Manager

Description:

The role involves design management, external coordination, strategies, planning and compliance with regulatory standards. You will run design meetings, provide progress reports, sign off drawings, and provide handover reviews. This role has a level of responsibility and autonomy as you will lead projects from cradle to grave.

The Role
 

• Design Programme Management and overseeing subcontractors.
• Work with consultants to formulate design strategies whilst being creative, but meeting compliance standards
• Manage team and embed a collaborative culture among internal and external relations.
   

Candidate Requirements
 

• Be familiar with Design software in construction (Vectorworks)
• Desirable experience using AutoCAD/Revit Software.
• Strong leadership and management skills
