Join a top 10 architectural practice in Birmingham that has seen a surge in projects and is now looking to expand its team. As an Architect, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, from design to contract administration, client management, and coordinating the design team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team that values collaboration and creative input.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design architectural plans and solutions.
• Contract administration, including financial control in coordination with QS and certification under guidance of the team leader.
• Brief taking and documentation to outline project requirements.
• Client liaison to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
• Design team coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration across all members.
• Chair and document design team meetings to track progress and decisions.
• Attend and lead site meetings where necessary.
• Assist senior team members in the preparation of project programmes.

Salary:

• Up to £45,000 PA depending on experience.
