As Apprenticeship Hub Administrator, you will have an exciting opportunity to be part of the ongoing growth of apprenticeships at UWE Bristol. You will work closely with colleagues to support the administration and compliance of our apprenticeship programmes, and to provide service excellence to a range of UWE Bristol customers.
Your role will be varied, allowing you to develop new skills in a busy, fast-paced environment. Working for a large Higher Education Institution you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the university, and external stakeholders, to gain a range of experiences
Good communication and teamwork skills are vital for this role. You will demonstrate familiarity with a range of administrative tasks and a clear commitment to excellent customer service. You should also have an understanding of English apprenticeships and their regulations, including Education & Skills Funding Agency funding compliance and Ofsted quality assurance. The university particularly welcomes applicants with up-to-date knowledge of Apprenticeship management systems.
