We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join an industry leading organisation that are going through a period of growth due to continued success!

Their platform is built upon Data Science, Behavioural Insights and Machine Learning and addresses significant challenges for their clients

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Provide technical support for application-related issues, with an emphasis on database management and troubleshooting.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Manage and maintain databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.), ensuring their performance, availability, and security.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to solve critical database and application issues.
• Perform regular database monitoring, backups, and optimisation to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Document recurring issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve overall system efficiency.
