Description:
responsibilities:
• Ensure readiness of the global trading platform for both pre-trading and post-trading activities.
• Monitor and support the entire transaction flow across the trading platform.
• Promptly identify, analyse, and resolve alerts and issues, or escalate them to minimize disruptions in trade flow and prevent outages.
• Handle incident management by generating and distributing reports according to established procedures.
• Collaborate extensively with the trading community, back office operations, brokers, exchanges, development teams, and infrastructure teams.
• Assist with scheduled changes, including application deployments, network implementations, and server maintenance.
• Supervise automated processes, scheduled jobs, and routine reports.
• Manage user requests by tracking, reviewing approvals, updates, resolutions, and closures.
• Identify inefficiencies such as repetitive tasks, manual processes, and ineffective tools or workflows, and drive continuous improvement through automation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
The right candidate will have the following:
• 1+ Years experience supporting front office applications/trading systems
• Strong scripting/development ability in 1 or more languages (python)
• SQL experience
•Degree in computer science or related field
