Application Support Analyst

 

Description:

Your core responsibilities as the successful applicant will be:

  • To support corporate application with the infrastructure resolving issues withing defined SLA’s
  • Provide advice to application users across the business to enable them to make best use of the software provided to support their roles
  • Help manage the licenses relating to ICT applications and databases including Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, Oracle, Canon, etc.
  • Carry out system upgrades and configuration changes

You will be comfortable working in a busy, challenging and varied team environment, be able to multitask and handle and resolve conflicting priorities.

You must be able to demonstrate high levels of technical skills and customer service.

You will be an excellent team player who is happy to take ownership of a problem and see it through to a successful conclusion.

You will have experience and technical skills in the following technologies

Microsoft Windows Server

Web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, etc)

Print flow technologies

Microsoft 365 technologies

Mobile Device Management Technology (MS Intune)
