Description:

You will be responsible for voice Credit Control relating to the Aon Retail portfolio, delivering enhanced cash flow and reducing debtors. To provide a contact point for external Customers as an interface to the Account Handler who performs the day to day management of the Fiduciary ledger.

You will also be accountable for contacting a set number of Clients per day with a view to improve Credit Control, proven by monthly KPIs. Provide support to the Team Lead and ensure functions are fulfilled within the agreed standards and timescales as prescribed by Aon.

Tasks
 

  • Perform a daily review of the outstanding premium report
  • Perform telephony Credit Control for a specific range of Clients
  • Ensure that the Client has committed to pay by the due date
  • Detail any reasons for late payment and raise any necessary queries with the business
  • Raise any issues to the Team Lead that may impact payment performance
  • Actively develop a professional relationship with contacts
  • Work towards the Aon critical metrics and ensure targets are achieved

  • Previous experience in a Credit Control setting preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
