Description:
You will be responsible for voice Credit Control relating to the Aon Retail portfolio, delivering enhanced cash flow and reducing debtors. To provide a contact point for external Customers as an interface to the Account Handler who performs the day to day management of the Fiduciary ledger.
You will also be accountable for contacting a set number of Clients per day with a view to improve Credit Control, proven by monthly KPIs. Provide support to the Team Lead and ensure functions are fulfilled within the agreed standards and timescales as prescribed by Aon.
