We are seeking a talented and creative Animation and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing and business development team. You will have the autonomy to shape this role and have the opportunity to be involved in our global market engagement efforts.

This role will allow you to have plenty of autonomy to flex your creativity and imagination by creating animations and graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance our marketing efforts.

About the role:

The role will involve animation, video editing, content creation, editing, graphic layouts and helping us to tell brand stories.

You will illustrate story-boards, visualise product solutions, and develop graphic concepts.

You will take and interpret technical information to provide engaging visual content using software such as Unreal Engine and Blender.

You will love making things happen!

We will tell you the communication challenge and what message we want to convey.

You will then lead the room with storyboarding the content – from format, aesthetics, form, and design. We will lean on your imagination for the ideal, and/or novel ways to convey our messaging. You will propose the best form of content, and how it would look, sound, and feel.

You will bring your immeasurable imagination to help us visualise our products and platforms through animation and graphic concepts – break down complex information, communicate what makes us great, and help us tell the global customers what makes us the market leaders.

About the person

Therefore, we are looking for ingenious communicators who are brimming with ideas and novel concepts to communicate with a global audience.

You must be able to demonstrate storyboarding and creative execution experience, leading from the front with your ideas.

This role would suit someone who is interested in bringing ideas to life through their skills in animation and design – an interest in the engineering, research & development sector will help as well as the below skillsets and attributes:

• Previous work experience with 3D animation and graphics; ideally gained in a creative agency, animation studio or an in house role
• Demonstratable experience of using 3D Studio/Blender or equivalent software. Unity and Unreal Engine experience is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Experience of storyboarding and creating concepts of animation and graphic design projects
• Ability to conceptualise visuals based on project requirements.
• Confidence to present and explain ideas to colleagues
• Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate the brief internally
• Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs
• Organised, self-motivated team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Maintain strict deadlines and prioritise workflow accordingly
