Anaplan Systems Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Anaplan Systems Manager to lead and enhance our clients Anaplan platform, driving improved financial planning, reporting, and analysis capabilities across the Group. As part of their dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in providing innovative solutions, optimizing existing systems, and supporting stakeholders at all levels to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the Anaplan platform, setting design standards, and managing the development pipeline.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement new Anaplan models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Maintain the integrity of existing Anaplan models, providing ongoing support and user training as required.

- Drive best practices and consistent processes across the Group, working closely with local finance teams.

- Coordinate with other platform owners to ensure seamless reporting across all systems.

- Support monthly and annual processes including model roll-forward, consolidation, and production of KPI packs.

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as needed.

Competencies:

- Strong understanding of complex organizational structures.

- Proven experience in building and managing Anaplan models, with a sound knowledge of financial principles.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process improvement.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
