Analysis Manager

This is a newly created role, working closely with the founding team, ideal for an ambitious graduate with a property-related degree or someone with experience working within the real estate industry, who is keen to move into a client-side role within residential property development.

This unique opportunity will offer the chance for someone to build upon their current knowledge and experience, whilst taking ownership of a broad range of commercially focused tasks, with an aim to completely manage new acquisitions from start to finish. You’ll benefit from close guidance and mentoring from a highly experienced leadership team who are keen to get someone up to speed and taking over this part of their operation.

Areas you’ll be involved in will include:

• Comparable and Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of property data for informed decision-making.

• Reporting and Presenting: Creating comprehensive reports and presenting findings to internal stakeholders.

• Site Valuations/Appraisals: Assessing the value and potential of various development sites.

• Research on Demographics, Planning, and More: Utilising tools like Realyse for extensive research on demographics and planning.

• Liaising with New Homes Specialists and Local Agents: Building and maintaining effective communication channels.

• Site Tracking: Monitoring and tracking the progress of development sites.

• Assistance with Site Finding/Searching: Collaborating on the identification of potential development sites.
