RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Amazon Customer Executive on the Amazon account you will be responsible for our core portfolio, new portfolio and future innovations.
You will act as the central point of contact from a customer point of view.
The Amazon Customer Specialist will lead the relationship and be the day-to-day interface with the Amazon Brand and Vendor Specialists. Collaborating to enhance in stock %, volume forecasting, initiating orders and modelling of promotions.
You will be the go-to for all things Amazon and acquire the skills to increase traffic and conversion by enhancing our organic search rankings on site and continuously auditing and optimising our content as you go.
You will empower the team with insights into performance and recommendations which will be key to driving growth.
Succeeding on Amazon is a game; to win, we must employ numerous strategies and tactics to stay head of the A9 algorithm and outmanoeuvre our competitors.
You’ll own customer collaboration and have the chance to work alongside some of the most progressive minds in CPG and Retail.

Background of high-performance experience in CPG sales and marketing.
Amazon or eCommerce account management experience preferential
Excellent negotiation skills, the ability to influence and have impact, creatively craft and build brands and businesses
Sharp Financial acumen to own a P&L, deliver monthly and annual business targets as well as judgement, creativity and insight to assess and build new business models and ideally having led Net Revenue Management programmes
Ability to build and lead strong external customer relationships as well as internal cross functional relationships
High level analytical skills alongside the ability to share insights and learnings across the Amazon team, bringing others on the journey with you
Experience in CPG preferable & digital experience preferred
