Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

We have opened a brand new, exciting opportunity with a world leading aviation company based in Oxford, UK for an experienced B1.3 Licensed Engineer.

Responsibilities:

The role as a B1 Licensed Engineer is to carry out the certification of maintenance and repair on different rotorcraft including AS350 and AS355 Series.

• Accomplishment of Maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by Maintenance Supervisors.

• Working knowledge of UK CAA regulations most importantly Part 145, Part M and UK ANO requirements is essential.

• Completion of maintenance, including airframe structure, power plant and mechanical and electrical systems. Replacement of avionic line replaceable units, requiring simple tests to prove their serviceability.

• Supervision of maintenance fitters and the certification of their work.

Experience:

• Thorough knowledge of engine and airframe systems and specialised test equipment.

• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

• Due to the nature of this position you will require DBS Security Clearance and be eligible for SC clearance.

• Travel within the UK or abroad to support related business requirements (not extensive).
