Air Traffic Services Manager

Copello have partnered with an established defence business in the recruitment of an Air Traffic Services Manager to be based in North Lancashire.

The Air Traffic Services Manager will report to the Aerodrome Manager for the day to day management and delivery of the Air Navigation Service Provision in support of effective and safe Flying Operations. The Air Traffic Services Manager will act as the Air Navigation Service Provision Point of Contact on behalf of the Air Sector and will be responsible for the day to day management of the Unit in delivery of a shared service through a team of fourteen including Air Traffic Controllers and Air Traffic Engineers to support the operational requirements of the COO on behalf of the Air Lines of Business.

Responsibilities include:

• Day to day management and co-ordination of the Units Operational Delivery activities through the SATCO and SATE.
• Also delivery of the IBP to ensure capability / governance alignment with other LoBs across the Air Sector and the identification / exploitation of new opportunities for the strategic growth of our service.
