We are excited to announce an opening for an AI Prompt Engineer. This position is tailored for talented individuals with MBA/MIF qualifications, who are keen to dive into the world of AI. No prior work experience in AI is required, as we believe in the power of diverse perspectives and the fusion of business knowledge with technological innovation.

As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining our AI language models, ensuring they generate accurate, coherent, and contextually relevant responses. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, software engineers, and product managers, to shape the next generation of AI-powered applications.

Whilst the Job Title is AI Prompt Engineer, in reality you will be a core member of the Product Delivery team. Therefore we will expect you to quickly accelerate to the point where you are client facing both during the sales process and in customer delivery and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop prompts for various AI applications and clients across a range of industries.
• Cleanup and preparation of structured and unstructured data sets for AI usage
• Manage scoping, timelines and delivery for prompt projects.
• Collaborate to clarify, refine and document requirements for prompts.
• Continuously test and refine prompts to improve response quality.
• Take an analytical and quantitative approach to optimising prompt performance.
• Collaborate with AI developers to understand and improve AI system capabilities
• Analyse feedback to identify areas for prompt improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Document prompt design processes and create guidelines for best practices.

Qualifications:

• MBA/MIF from a top institution, or experience in investment banking, capital markets, asset management or PE
• Outstanding and demonstrable linguistic skills in English and language structure (for example a relevant first degree, multilingual, legal practice experience etc)
• Understanding and experience of one or more areas of Capital Markets
• Strong Spreadsheet skills (either Excel or Google Sheets)
• Coding or technical experience would be a plus (but not mandatory)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Right to work in the UK is a requirement
