Ai Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a second person to join the team and spearhead the AI division of the company. Building on our existing custom neural networks and vision architecture, your responsibility will be to transform what we have developed into a robust and efficient production-level piece of software that can run a prototype version of our harvester by the end of the year.

While your practical focus for the first few months will be on the Vision Networks and Machine Learning components of the harvester, as Head of AI we want you to bring your ambitions, ideas and passion for Artificial Intelligence and help us shape the company’s strategy to transform the future of AI and Robotics in Agriculture.

Technical Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, Robotics, Mathematics, or a similar field. (Bachelor’s is acceptable for exceptional candidates)
• Previous project experience in computer vision and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and core libraries.
• Comprehensive understanding of computer vision method and theory, image processing methods, their underlying architecture and reasoning.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience designing and building custom neural network architectures.
• Experience with the NVIDIA edge-computing ecosystems.
• Evidence of projects where you have successfully implemented creative/innovative/cutting-edge approaches to complex vision and/or machine learning problems. You will be asked to talk about these projects during interviews.
