Agricultural Sales Representative

An amazing opportunity exists at our National Sales Desk for an aspirational, driven, and diligent person to become a valuable team member, to employ and expand their specialised agricultural expertise, and assist our farming partners with solutions.

 

The Opportunity

Your primary duties will involve interacting with the agricultural community and assisting with customer queries. These duties will include:

  • Developing and strengthening relationships with our customers by efficiently and confidently recommending agricultural products from Wynnstay's portfolio.
  • Identifying new business opportunities for Wynnstay while maintaining your existing customer base.
  • Preserving positive connections with other important business channels.
  • Contributing to achieving or exceeding team targets.
  • Taking part in various training and development opportunities.

 

The Person

The successful candidate will be:

  • In touch with the agricultural community, with knowledge of agricultural products being beneficial.
  • A collaborative team member with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Persuasive, motivated and enthusiastic
  • Has sales or telesales experience or understanding (full training will be provided)
  • Customer focused
  • Able to thrive in a targeted, fast paced environment.
  • Experienced with IT systems with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
