Agency Sales Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Agency Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic engagement with London-based Media Agencies. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of proven success in selling digital advertising or AdTech solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry landscape and a passion for delivering unparalleled value to clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the designated territory, focusing on London-based Media Agencies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target agencies, leveraging your expertise to position our client's high-impact AdTech solutions effectively.
  • Regular meetings with your agency contacts to stay front of mind at all times.
  • Respond to Agency briefs with well thought out, creative proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports, demonstrating a proactive approach to performance tracking and optimization.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of successful experience in digital advertising or AdTech sales, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with Media Agencies, with a focus on either Network or Independent agencies in London.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, contextual targeting, and other relevant AdTech solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.
