My client is a leading marine manufacturer (Boats/Tenders/Yachts and Parts) who is now looking for an experience Aftersales Manager to join the team. The business has an ultra-desirable brand and its products and services are predominantly targeted at UHNW individuals.

 

The Job:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing Part Sales department
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies (predominantly focused on dealerships)
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with premium clientele
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

 

The Profile:

  • Proven Aftersales/Parts Sales experience in a similar environment (e.g. Maritime/Engineering/Luxury Automotive or Aerospace Components)
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for driving customer experience and ability to analyse industry trends
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
