Description:
We are currently looking for a positive and motivated person to assist with the management and delivery of our digital display advertising activity. Reporting into the Worldwide Ad-Operation Director, you will be based within the Mindshare Worldwide Ad-Operations team and be responsible for the effective execution, trafficking, management and reporting of international digital media campaigns for global clients across Mindshare’s worldwide client portfolio.
The Ideal Candidate
As an Advertising Operations Executive, you will be able to demonstrate an excellent eye for detail. Mindshare Worldwide manages the digital advertising for its global clients, so you will be working with multiple markets to build campaigns within ad serving platforms to a deadline.
This means you must able to work at a fast pace, have the ability to explain technically complex processes (training will be provided) and have the desire to go above and beyond to ensure deliverables are not just met but exceeded.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to quickly and creatively solve issues (both technical and operational)
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical individuals
- Must be prepared to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Responsibilities
- Accountable for executing operational efforts relating to the traffic management of digital advertising campaigns.
- Producing and managing key documents such as Campaign Project Status sheets, Campaign Master Docs, and Trafficking Sheets.
- Manage creative delivery and implement campaign schedules and assets.
- Verify technical specifications, QA, service and troubleshoot complex advertising creative.
- Ensuring campaign ad-serving is set-up correctly and liaising directly with our global ad-servers (Flashtalking).
- Monitor campaigns to ensure delivery and identify, highlight and resolve any issues.
- Pulling and compiling report data using analytical tools and liaising directly with client teams.
- Supply client teams with delivery reports when and as required and alert them on campaign performance (identifying discrepancies such as over/under delivery).
- Provide continued communication and active support to the team in all issues related to the delivery and performance of campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and provide advice on problems such as tagging or reporting issues.
- Be proactive, engage with client teams & clients and build relationships wherever possible
- Assist Ad-Operations Manager with any projects or process changes for the wider team.
- Understand and articulate to Mindshare standards for data entry and reporting across ad platforms.
- Assist the client and specialist teams in maintaining SLAs.
- Ensure processes pass a rigid QA and acceptance process before being rolled out into the wider business.
