  • Responsible as part of a scaffold team for the selection of the correct materials required for erecting / dismantling of scaffold structures and able to lead or partake in all types of Basic and Complex scaffolding operations including but not restricted to independent, tower, birdcage, suspended, cantilever and work from design drawings all in accordance with Company Procedures
  • Carry out tool box talks and risk assessments and ensuring all work site areas are prepared prior to commencement of work and cleared in a safe and correct manner with all unused materials returned to correct storage facility.
  • Carry out tasks as per Bilfinger and/or client requirement, only if deemed competent to do so
  • Work within the context of all site, H&S and CISRS requirements/regulations and project timescales.
  • Identify and advise of any areas where work will be unsafe or unregulated in line with HPC and HSEQ regulations.
