This is an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in health and social care. The role involves a 12-month Adult Care Worker – Level 2 Apprenticeship, supported by Paragon Skills, a leading national apprenticeship training provider.

Apprentices will gain practical and theoretical knowledge in caring for individuals aged 65 and over, within a supportive environment. As the only care home in Poole with an in-house physiotherapist, the organization is committed to continuous rehabilitation and a strength-based approach to care.
